Back in the early 90s, a group of guys got together from all over the world. They all came from different backgrounds, different beliefs, and they spoke different languages. There was one language, however, that they all understood: the fight.

It is the most popular and most understood sport in the world. Fuck American football. And fuck Europe’s “futbol”. It doesn’t matter what language you speak, what country you reside from, or what religion you believe in. We all know that if someone swings their fist at you, you better fucking swing back.

Since the popularization of the fight and, more importantly, Mixed Martial Arts, people and fans from all over the world haven’t been able to get enough out of the fastest growing sport in the world.

That is where FightStopTalk comes into play. We are real fans. We’re not some 145lbs journalist trying to cash in on the next big thing. We are just like you. Wanting to know everything we can about MMA, its fighters, and its culture.

Who we are?

Nicholas Huber, our Editor-in-Chief, is a freelance journalist active among the competitive eSports community. Since watching his first MMA fight at the age of 14, he has been a fan ever since. Disgusted by having to read MMA news from journalists who don’t even know the true aspects of the sport, he has decided to leave eSports and write about his one true love: MMA.  Nicholas trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the Carlos Machado Association.
