A couple of days ago, I reported that roid-fiend Jose Canseco called out Herschel Walker. Earlier today on BobandDan.com, Herschel had this to say:
“Canseco wanted to fight me, and what’s strange about it is that what I do is not a circus, not going in there playing trying to make money. My money went to Pastor Evans at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship. All my proceeds went there. I didn’t get into this to make money, I got into it for the competition. Jose is doing this for the money and my thing is, if he wants to fight me and thinks it’s going to be a circus, I will hurt him. This is not a joke, I will hurt him. I don’t do things as a joke [or] as entertainment. When we go out there and play a flag football game, that’s entertainment, that’s having fun. But this MMA fighting is real, you can get hurt and he doesn’t understand this. I’m doing this as a fighter, not as a joke.”

A reader emailed The Miami Herald a picture of Rex Ryan flipping off some fans. According to the email, the recipients of Rex’s middle finger identified themselves as Miami Dolphins fans. Let me think, a few bottles of beer and then you see your football team’s rival head coach.. yeah, those fans probably deserved the finger.

Jeeeeezuz! Above is a sneak peak of Gina Carano appearing in the new issue of ESPN The Magazine “The Body Issue” on selves October 9, 2009. Normally, I don’t buy magazines. But I think I will in a few days. Check back to FST for more pictures when the issue drops!
Former UFC vet and The Ultimate Fighter season 4 winner Travis Lutter achieves his first win against Jason MacDonald unanimously decided by the Maximum Fighting Championship judges. This marks his first professional win since being cut by the UFC after losing to both Rich Franklin and Anderson Silva.
Most remember Travis Lutter for one of two reasons, if not both: winning TUF season 4 by defeating Patrick Cote by submission and/or not making weight in what should have been his Middleweight championship fight against Silva.
